Since CV19 what has NNI done well?

Think about it…
Ever since HO returned to WFH, NNI has absolutely failed at everything HO has produced.
Meanwhile.. the field works and NNI has great #’s
Seems like HO a needs to be downsized and criticized just like the field is every POA.
Time for real accountability…

Seems like world could shut down for many months without sales reps going into doctors' offices and the company would still do fine. Maybe sales reps aren't really needed for sales.
Lol. Yeah. No. While we were “shut down,” we were busy texting, calling, and engaging our doctors. Our abilities to maintain relationships during the pandemic and maintain continuity are precisely why we are needed.

HO literally outsources everything to vendors. We could have a half dozen people in a boiler room do that.

Correct, check Rybelsus sales while HO was managing promotions via emails. Didn’t go so well did it.
Sales takes all of the heat at NNI and gets the least amount of respect.

The ticket to success at NNI = just don’t care and all of the H.O. Problems that the field deals with hour but hour seem to matter a whole lot less. Remember folks, NNI trimmed 500 sales people less than a year ago. While HO was home, wait… HO is still at Home..
let’s think about this.

I always find it funny when people with no real world experience other than ordering lunches for offices think that they’re the ones keeping the company afloat. Never mind the fact that vacant territories often win COE awards before the list gets edited by sales management.

Why do think they’re vacant, idiot? It’s because a successful rep left for a better opportunity. And it’s not “often,” but that’s mostly why when it does happen.

You think a publicly traded company would pay us a quarter million a year in total comp if we were just catering agents? They would have eliminated sales reps long ago if that was true.

Ps: did you hire a vendor to write this post for you?

100% chance that NNI Is creating a case study for how to bury a solid business that will be studied at MBA programs.
Give this a thought … what has leadership done well in last 24 months

Novo will be a case study in how NOT to launch a product like Wegovy. The hub inundated with faxes, rush to market with no product supply etc. Too bad we don't have the previous Obesity team to launch this product. We got diabetes people instead - makes a lot of sense!

What fantasy world are the reps here living in. Look at the field activity through the pandemic. It's been abysmal. Even with phone calls, texting and things like that. Despite the lack of any real sales engagement for a year and a half our products continued to perform well. Our stock price rose almost $40 over this period. Our products with the managed care status sell themselves for the most part. Get off of your sales reps are better than home office high horses. Quite frankly, if it wasn't for a small group of home office people and Brian looking out for you all, you would have been cut dramatically a long time ago. Be thankful that you're even still here and stop whining.
