Nobody was ever going to buy Small Bone. It was ruined from the beginning when all of the money was completely blown on awful management decisions and continuous mistakes.

They are products that don't generate much revenue, certainly not anywhere near the cost invested in them. Small bone's largest grossing product is STAR ankle and that only does on average of $15 million a year.

For ANY deal to go through Small Bone is going to have to sell at a HUGE loss to its investors.
