Business unit doing 1 billion plus with 140 people...

You can't pay your sales force ? You hold money back as part of the biggest " float " in the industry.
BTW--Surveys from national meetings look much better when your reps understand they will be paid and or a decent carrot is put forth...
Yes, it's true.. Many of your reps aren't that great and you treat them as such but you have good people there...and you will continue to lose those who really don't want to leave ...
Your unit is quickly becoming the joke of the Oncology Pharma Business sector....


If you truly want to build a great unit you would need better hires...they won't come there because you won't pay...

Correction: better hires will not come here because of the boot-lickers we have in management. What a bunch of sloths!
 


















Those who are not happy should leave. If you need to post a negative message about people or the company perhaps it is time to find a place that is right for you.

Have you noticed lately that those who are not happy have been leaving? Do you realize that 3/4 of your sales force is pissed off? They made little bonus last year so they are looking to leave, the new plan doesn't look so appealing and a piss poor job of acquiring talent and coaching. Blind leading the blind there.... those of you who have experience get out before you really have to deal with the bad reputation while looking for a new job...Good VP but huge task due to the BC destruction of division...
