Whistleblower lawsuits are going to be quite common at most labs now as they try to squeeze every buck they can out of medicaid/medicare/private insurers. No company is exempt, and, too, clients can bring a lot baggage from their own fraud. It is a brave new world.

Yeah but, try teaching ethics to urologists. They don't care. They might even ask if that program is still active.
