signs of sale

Finally, a sale I hear.

Claim is also that there are lots of rental cars arriving in the garage, but that's
odd, but isn't JJ in NJ this week (month/qtr)? and 8am is an early meeting (although
maybe they are E Coast and want to slip in before it's crowded?) I'll have to go look
myself...

I hear that enough of the Board realizes that JJ and the current corporate structure are worthless and are accepting 30% premium over current price. Criminals have all agreed to step aside with a large number of other people to give them cover. Gecko Gold will claim that he doesn't always sell at the right time, how can he be guilty?

sounds better than the slow bleed of a couple percent per day.

Remember when JJ said he'd accept nothing less than $65:)

Nobody would want this company, although there are some who would want the tech.

Too bad they couldn't sell Provenge to a functioning company that sells product rather than worries about protecting criminals.

JNJ has a sales force out there and could sell it in combo with Z, but the liabilities are too great here.

Agreed,

BP doesn't want liability, but could sell Provenge.

They'll get it in liquidation if the company insists on not cleaning up.

They could could do a "Be Bulgaria" commercial...
