First time in you get it on paper; everytime thereafter you trace the paper onto the computer while you drink Starbucks and scratch monkey balls at the zoo.

Forest has the highest amount of reps that are fired consistently and has the highest turnover in the industry, HOWEVER you are a dumbshit if you think there is no correlation betw this known statistic and the fact that Forest also has hundreds of reps on a daily basis that forge and fake sig's and "phantom" sample drop.....peanut butter and jelly....forest hires trash and they have no problem using new hires for 6 months during the probation period with no vacation possible and then after the 6 months if you are not selling and performing you are out.

As soon as reps get a sniff of the management here, usually about 3 weeks after hire and training you start to fake sigs, not work, and look and spend all your time during the day trying to find a new job. This is why so many get the ax for faking sigs, they feel like they were lied too about the job, stop working, forge sigs, do not drink the kool aid and then the DM fires them during field rides and calling offices to verify sig's and sample drop dates with time stamp via computer and also word of mouth from podmates and office intell. Welcome to Forest....the worst on the planet. The motel 6 of the biz.....hands down uncanny how bad of a company this is!!!

You're correct about everything except Forest hires pretty decent people; .... it's the culture here that turns them into trash. Your 2nd paragraph describes the very reason for the 1st paragraph.

If Forest management ever figured out how to properly manage and motivate their people, very few would spend their day figuring out how to beat the mousetrap. Forest prefers the other way, however, and this is way you have a 40% turnover and people not giving a crap about their job.
