Summit is only for a small portion of the POA, while your projected bonus are what you are tracking for the entire POA. Make sense?

Speaking of linden care , how are they going to make up for the list scripts? I was trending way above goal on both Gralise and cambia and completely tanked the week the trouble started with express scripts and linden care, and haven't recovered. I have a documented office (high volume linden care) that has documented that as of 5 days ago were still being told our products were either not covered or not available. The higher ups know about this and the problem. I ask, how are they going to make this up to us?

They can't make it up to us -silly question. We aren't impacted evenly by the Linden Care mess ,but we are all impacted. Move forward as best you can.

Always easy to say move on silly when you're not the one affected. This company needs to do a better job of correcting things that negatively impact territories (that are out of the reps control). The linden care debacle is significant for some territories.

And I'm one of those effected - not a lot of writers, but several key offices that use this service exclusively. I don't like it - but its not like the company had a role in the fiasco. You can't get paid for 'what if' scripts. Move on.
