Why would they offer sign on bonus? 100 resumes per territory of avg. or below reps.They want the ability to fire you and don't want to lose money.Stock yes,sign on not likely

Free market rules. Their alternative to hiring you has a bearing on what you are offered.

5K sign on and some stock here. Tried to neg for more stock but said no.
