I believe most of my reps would prefer a monetary severance, but is not in the near future.

Issues are not just in sales. Nearly all of us who have held a job outside of Amgen are looking to get out. Those who brag about their 10 to 15 years at Amgen are going to be left when all of us who do 80% of the work leave.
