should we sue over wrong data?

a law firm would only have to subpeona operations' data, hire forensic accountants/operations people to figure out Novartis's mess, then sue for compensatory and punitive damages......it would take a few years, but those of us here now w/the courage to stand up for ourselves would have the satisfaction of knowing we held this company accountable.

sure they'd find a way to fire everyone and the down side....would another company hire reps if their names appear on a suit against another pharma company?

The unfairness and criminal nature of this matter is difficult to let go.

What percentage of your pay was salary? Enough said.

I say YES!!! Sole reason is- your compensation & year end assessments are clearly based on goal achievement. If you can prove that the numbers on the back end (the data you received from NVS) then get an attorney! I am an attorney currently working on a case with a sales representative who was unfairly targeted based on poor performance, given a bad year end review, and thus subsequently held back from promotion based on this. I am on this website looking for more evidence to bring forth in court and I appeal to all of you to take legal action if you really do have correct information.

"...I am an attorney..."
"...I appeal to all of you to take legal action..."
"Sole reason is" ... I can steal the first 60% of any winnings we might dredge up...
...P.S., I need my job too, just like you poor saps hope you keep yours after April 2nd...
"...I appeal to all of you..."

Dunmb shit. Goals are set on the same data. You will never get a penny for this. If you could, there would already be a class action. I appeal to you to get a brain.

Really why even bother at this point. Pharma is flawed top to bottom, anyone left with an iota of common sense knows it. Enjoy the decent living that it once provided, forget trying to think we're owed somthing more and just move on...

Numbers are universally wrong, just not in your territory. Man up and enjoy your bloated salary. Bonus dollars are just that, bonus. Use that $ for new windows, new carpet etc. If you are living your life relying on your bonus to help pay the bills, I would recommend you strongly take a second look at your spending habits, i.e., downsize your house, spouse doesn't need to be driving a $50,000 lexus.etc.

One more thing, please, whatever you do, max out your 401k, or at least the company match.

That is all for now...

1) They thought the discrimination suit was BS - the ladies won that!
2) They thought the overtime lawsuit was BS - they settled that!
3) They think we don't have proof to show how they falsify data - what do you think they'll do this time?
They know it's falsified- they'll settle AGAIN!

Are you going to represent us? Get a clue

You are exactly correct, and to the above dipship define "goals"...

It is not the companies but the industry who has gotten into bed with IMS that forces them to sign bogus bloated contracts that provide flawed numbers. IMS was the downfall of this industry, before this company came to be all data was DDD, you got paid on what was delivered by the wholesalers into your territory zips. IMS makes up more and more data because Pharmacy and Retail Chains refuse to sell them proprietary prescrition data, so they used Projection Methodology that is flawed. Have you ever had customers tell you they were writing your products yet never saw any scripts because they were filled at WalMart, Walgreens or Costco. The Pharma Companies get the sale at the factory level but the sales force gets screwed. Find a company in the industry that uses DDD and you will be better off.
