SHOULD WE GO ON STRIKE?

I realize we are not unionized and a traditional strike would result in disciplinary action. I don't mean picket signs in front of Cubist. There needs to be something else we can do to communicate how upset we are with upper management. So much of what's on cafe pharma is counterproductive. We need another avenue to make ourselves heard and take action without fear of career suicide. Any ideas?
