I say yes.
The top 10 pharma companies, in the good old days, made more profit than the rest of the Fortune 500 companies COMBINED.
Virturally all of those 490 other companies have representatives selling.
Also consider that AZ is (of course) following the lead of the other majors and competing with the generics houses for business. Pfizer can't beat the odd retail outlet giving it away for free to draw in customers, but still, we're talking about selling a product for $1.00 that costs about $.01 to make. There's plenty of room, still.
