Do you think she was the blame for everything gone wrong at Astellas. How can Lisa N still be crawling around??

Seriously, the LF departure was long overdue. She rode so many coattails for so long - JRob, Walt, Sabus, GRad, Switz - and really never did much other than repeat what they would say. The Veozah launch failure is complicated, but she owns 80% at least. She was a good ASD, but that's where it should have stopped.

LN I don't know as well, but can't be as incompetent as LF

I would add Phil in oncology. It’s unfortunate he was let go. I know it’s just business and he was a layer cut but he was doing a great job. Those layers disappeared like they never existed, no thanks, no goodbye.

Some people kept their same roles even though their layer should have been cut..so it was partially political. Loyal soldiers were saved from the chopping block.. some were moved into roles that are completely new.
