Should I work for DNDN?

I usually don't post or read this forum because 80% of it is a bunch of disgruntled used car salesmen who don't appreciate a good thing when it's right in front of them. However, I'm hoping for a few good/serious responses from the other 20%.

I've been in biotech/pharma for 10yrs currently working for a major industry player. I am in a good positon with solid base/bonus but I don't have a background in oncology. I have an opportunity with DNDN and I'm interested in getting a perspective a few immunotherapy specialists if it's a good place to go to get the oncology background.

Provenge sounds like an amazing product and a tough sell which is why this job attracts me. Is the potential for bonus good, are the goals realistic, are the employees happy?

Thanks in advance for any insight.

I am the original poster of the thread....and this is pretty much what I expected to get on this site. ANyhow, if anyone wants to provide me with some useful feedback I would appreciate it as DNDN is a place I am seriously considering.

Cheers

Although the posts may seem immature and if your post is legit maybe you can glean something from the responses and the titles of the other posts.

The other posts seem to indicate there are federal investigations, an extremely hostile work environment, a very powerful person in the organization who has been fired everywhere he has been and has a lawsuit for sexual harrassment agaisnt him, a new chief compliance officer who has been at 7 jobs in the last 8 years, a ceo who destroyed the comapny and is allowed to remain as a board member, people put on PIPS so as to avoid severance, paying others severance as hush money.

That is why your post was met with mockery and seemed to be a joke.....

I do not work for DNDN. I have never sought a job with DNDN. I have worked with Robert Rosen in the past. Rosen is toxic. He will leave people scarred from his antics and potentially a company under investigation.

That should tell you all you need to know.
