Should I Join?

I know there are a lot of openings because reps left for BMS. I wasn’t even going to apply but a recruiter reached out to me. I see there are at least two reps per area. Do you have a counterpart? I would think in this day and age of specialty why would there be 2 reps per territory? I am reading quite a bit of negativity about the company. Those that have been with Alkermes for awhile, what are your thoughts?

2 reps per territory and they still CAN’T get the job done. This company is WOKE & a JOKE. Do NOT join here. This is a sinking ship. Just waiting for my offer letter and then I’m out of here.

Do not join, it’s toxic here. Everyone is looking and you need 2 reps per territory because you’re trying to sell branded drugs that have generics. Managed care is a nightmare and so are the resources they have to help you. ASPN is fucking joke and embarrassing.
You have to fail generic Clozapine before getting Lybalvi on our largest commercial plans.

If you don’t have a job and really need employment quickly to get a check and health insurance, you might as well accept an offer. This will give you time to continue to look for another job while having money come in. Otherwise, don’t waste the time and effort to come here.
