Should I interview for Hospital - Taflero Job

Its looks like a lot of people have been unhappy and there has been a lot of turnover. I have hospital experience but it appears as if the sales force is being micromanaged like a PC sales force. I am facing a layoff. Should I interview or take a layoff? Good luck.
 












Hospital w/FRX is a good job. Unlike retail they don’t hire pimple faced morons to turn into robots. They look at your numbers and achievements. The compensation is fair for the expected amount of work you do. Good luck
 


















Why would you want to sell Teflaro when it's well known that FRX will be selling off their anti-infective a business in less than a year? Makes no sense to hop on a sinking ship.
 






I was with this salesforce for about a year and a half. It was awful for that year and a half. The turnover was unfathomable and management was horrible and fear-based. We've lost some very good reps as well, reps with great numbers that couldn't deal with the BS. I haven't been here to see what the last year has been like. I would suspect that management is turning down the pressure to keep their good reps. The turnover while I was around was roughly 30%. That's about 1/3 gone! Maybe things are better but it doesn't bode well that a large percentage of hospital reps became LTC. Teflaro's days might be numbered.
 


















What chances do we have to promote internally to one of these open jobs ISF? I am not a fan of Forest but I need the raise. I have had some good years, but as of late it has been a challenge. How many hours a day would I have to work? I have older kids involved in a lot of sports. Can we get newer cars? My Ford SUV is a piece of trash. How hard is training? I don't take test well. I want honest responses only.

How about applying for a retail position? Sounds like that is the kind of level you are operating at mentally.
 
























If your an internal candidate and your numbers aren't stellar and you don't like long hours, I can tell you now as a hospital rep you will be out and on your ass in no time. I wouldn't waste your time. Enjoy hiding in your POD.
