Please ignore the highly functional r***** that thinks he is a Zen master with his Aqua delivery system BS. The truth of the matter is Aqua is a great place to work if you work for one of the good managers. With that said there are a few managers here that I would quit if I had to work for them. Who is interviewing you?

It is all about the Aqua delivery system! Always! Follow your spirit through your universe to receive your answer. Being at peace brings you enlightenment for your decision. And always remember, please, there is no such thing as a "highly functional r*****". With positives and negatives, your decision must come from you alone.

No... They are a bunch of micromanaging idiots and half the sakes forece is looking. They are struggling to fill vacancies and the only people who will take them are unemployed warmer chilcott reps...
They manipulate bonus payouts and make promises they can't keep..
A bunch of retired Novartis guys who have nothing better to do with their time than make their minions run reports to see who had their first call at 8 and last call at 5... People are fleeing really... Ask the recruiters... No one wants to work at Aqua.

This is true. Just wait until Jan 1, mass exodus.
 






Why?? Where are they going Jan 1 ??

I can't see a ton of people leaving unless they have jobs.
And not many Derm companies hiring right now or early Jan...

The only people I see joining are those from WC. Since they
All need a job now.

I'm quite sure I have helped the original poster who obviously has concerns on whether or not to join Aqua. You personally have such limited tolerance, and resort to name calling, that it's clear your universe is blocked. It's similar to being constipated. You become bloated, lethargic, and nasty. Relax, and allow your spirit to flow! You'll be a much happier person if you do!
