We are a biotech startup of less than 10 people and we are evaluating the need for an ERP system.
On one hand, we manage a complex operation involving 4 different external manufacturers that work in sequence to produce 100+ SKUs (all variations of the same product). This would make an ERP system quite handy.
On the other hand, pharmaceutical legal requirements may force us to validate the ERP system, and this could become a heavy admin task for such a small company.
Do you know how did other pharma (or regulated) companies of similar size solved this problem?
Thanks!
