This company is AWFUL about short term disability. They let anyone go on it for as long as they like. Since Velez case, no one is questioning anyone. Just get a doctors' note. Its that easy.
 










































During the December 2010 layoffs many reps who were on short term disability were called by their FLMs and informed that they were laid off. Most FLMs don't realize that they are not supposed to contact reps while on disability and many others simply do not care.
