Shire's impending fine

The GSK $3 billion fine announced last week got me thinking. I'm assuming Shire will get a large fine also due to questionable AXR marketing and the whole Mason the monster campaign with Intuniv.
So when and how much will it be, and most important, how will it affect sales reps?

Put it this way...Every Zone Director that was in any way connected to any shady marketing practices are gone. GI's marketing team has just been disbanded and Shire has reduced the bonus compensation for the reps, so Shire has already began to prepare. My guess is that the fine will come down some time early next year. Based on the fine amount, major changes will occur, including layoffs. If Vyvanse's MS remains flat, there WILL be changes.

Shire is big pharma now...we are all just numbers. Shire listens only to the stock price, and it is down 20% from last year.
