Shire Pay/territory optimization

What can a first year rep in the ADHD division expect to make? What is the average base salary & average quarterly bonus? Also, any thoughts on taking on a new territory from the changes they made during "optimization?" Thank you for your honest feedback.

Maybe if you live in Texas you will have a 40,000 bonus.

40K bonus is not realistic at all. Maybe at the most, 20K. 60K salary. My advice...run away from this place. Management is awful and there is no room for common sense employees. If you are OK with making no impact, checking the box, and enjoy forced exuberence, Shire is your home.

thanks for honest feedback. What is typical average base for a territory in the Northeast, within the GI division? Are there certain manager in that area to stay away from? I know that your manager can make or break the job...Thank you for honest replies
