I am looking for some information regarding Shire compensation. I have worked a few years in big pharma and am looking to move to a smaller company. The job I'm looking at is specialty. Any info regarding base salary and bonus structure is much appreciated.

All jobs at Shire are specialty positions. You will have to be more specific about the division that you're interested in.

I get that. It is GI, therefore specialty. Shire is quite a bit smaller than the company I'm at now and I have no idea how the base and bonus might compare. Any insight would be great.

ADHD is the life-blood of Shire. It is because of ADHD that the other divisions exist. However, more experience is required for GI positions. This board is dominated by the ADHD division, so it may take you awhile to get legitimate feedback from GI folks.

If you Have a few years in pharma I would say base 65 to 70k. If you are very experienced 75 to 80k base . Yearly commission plan 32k. Benefits 401k stock plan top notch. Culture is great. Pipeline so so. Lialda is a great drug.
