Clearly the initiator of this thread is no longer with the company or they would know that Healthpoint does not exist and that Shawn is no longer the NE director. He is one of the greatest guys I've ever worked for. He has a loyal following and a great reputation at Smith & Nephew - both as a leader and a colleague. I find it pathetic that people feel the need to speak poorly about others in an attempt to boost their own self-esteem.

They weren't Shawn's lackies, most of them are just good people wanting a chance to do something exciting, with a new company and culture. The people that left all were part of a healthy and growing Healthpoint culture........that is not what is here anymore so they left.
