Honor?.. No it's our right.
I vote abstain. Did some good, but not enough to turn HSP around. Felt he was going thru the motions vs doing anything truly positive. Hired too many of his cronies, aka " consultants", and VP's. They made a lot of money.....we did OK.

Change my vote to NO.
 






I heard Ball is on his way out at Kythera, the BODs there despise his wealth !
Ball will milk at least $60 Million, possibly more from HSP on paper and probably AT LEAST another $10 Million of tax free payola and bribe $$ (off the books) that's stashed in an offshore account ! WTF Give ME $60 Million and you'd dam sure never hear from my ass again I wouldn't looking for extra work or power
