Shareholders have until May 12 11:59 pm ET to vote on three proposals. Proposal #2 it to pay executives merger money found on pages 5 through 9 of the merger contract and voting issues packet. Vote AGAINST merger proposal #2
Basically, for employees:
* Pfizer has no obligation to give us the opportunity to its employee plans, programs, policy, or arrangement.
*Outstanding options, restricted stock units, performance shares awards, employee stock purchase plan, Hospira equity Plan and other plans will be cancelled immediately prior to the effective of the merger.
For Executives:
* Accelerated vesting and equity-based awards in connection to the merger
* $$$$ - 2 times their base salary for Messrs, Endicott, Strober, Dr. Ramachandra
2.99 (AKA 3 times.. we are not stupid!) base salary for Messrs, Ball, Werner,
PLUS,
Target incentive plan award and 3 years of additional employee welfare
benefits
(see page 8 & 9 for all the EXTRAs)
