They need to be sued for being such idiots and making their sales reps go through hell when they stopped the cap, then went back to it. Like any account believed a word they said after that. Big mistake that will most likely take the company down. Pathetic and sad. Why should we stay loyal to this company when they clearly don't care about us.

Sequenom needs a time out in the corner. I'm sure those board members mothers wouldn't be too proud of them right now. The billing department isn't innocent either. Won't mention names.

I hope the mgt team pays a big fine or jail time for ruining so many lives. They have no clue how difficult they have made our lives for the past 2 years.

BLAH BLAH we've done nothing illegal. The law suit is groundless etc etc. What else would he say? My lawyer told me to not bring it up with docs. If they have a question refer to billing so you dont get named

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – The plaintiff in a lawsuit that accused Sequenom of capping the price of its MaterniT21 Plus non-invasive prenatal test in order to drive up its adoption has dropped her case.

The plaintiff Bette Borenstein voluntarily dismissed her lawsuit earlier this week in US District Court for the Southern District of California five months after initiating the litigation. No reason was provided in court papers
