Old and settled news. Did you even read the stipulation of agreement from June or are you still on your rotary phone jamming out to your 8-tracks.

The stipulation agreement includes anyone who made a purchase of Opko common stock from 9/26/13 through 9/7/18 are eligible to receive a share of the US net settlement if proper documentation of date purchased, price of stock, and number of shares is sent in. My Mickey Mouse rotary phone and Doobie Brothers 8 tracks are worth more than a share of Opko stock now. Nice job on growing Opko as a blockbuster producing pharmaceutical company, rather are the poster child example of how not to sell in a renal environment today.
