Shared Sales to Full Time

How difficult is it to transition from a Shared to Full Time position when one becomes available? Is there a chance that Shore Therapeutics may roll over some of Shared reps who are promoting Fenoglide since they don't have a sales force? Serious answers only, please.

It's most often the other way around . . . . . . . . full time to shared just to keep a job!

To poster #3, that is what I thought, but one thing I have learned is that you must be between contracts to switch, Im trying to switch myself with no luck
