Only 86? They need to whack all the Sr Directors and Directors with no direct reports. Overpaid and over-titled

Should have started this thread back in March, 2023. Warsaw walked out almost all of its hip and knee managers and most of the senior engineers. This was after busting our humps to launch several huge knee and hip projects. What was the thanks we got?- We got laid off.

Throughout MedDev many 30, 31, 40, & 41s with no direct reports. And many 40, 41s that are not qualified for their roles. So much favoritism/nepotism, disgusting.

I think it is not entirely favoritism/nepotism. Many 41s are incompetent in their discipline and are worried about managing appearances. Unfortunately, many of them do not or cannot hire someone more competent than them so you get 40 that is less competent and so on and so far. The worst is many of these were promoted into the position because more qualified folks see the fallacy of the role.
