Shame on you

True Health only employees w2 salespeople. Whoever this guy is must be associated with some hospital or lab that TH provides reference testing too. I suspect there will be swift action against these kinds of shenanigans.

As swift as action has been taken against BC?!?! You don't address the connection between the CEO and this guy. Getting a paycheck doesn't stop True reps from working with people like these douche bags to make docs money. And that W-2 title doesn't stop them from getting doctors to open draw sites so True can keep that P&H flowing. This LLC guy was just dumb enough to be the mouth piece and put it in writing. His True rep is laughing out loud now! Or is he? Maybe he is worried how his old cronies BJ and CD will be able to buy their lunch this week.

Lot's of assumption made in your assessment including the fact that just because they both worked for the same company maybe or maybe not at the same time they even know each other? My point is my VP Finance has no clue nor relationship with sales guys. The clown who wrote this article seems obsessed with TH and HDL story. Lot's of baseless claims by this guy over and over. Don't believe everything you read. My guess is this Bulware guy will be feeling heat very soon. This guy obviously isn't a TH W2 sales guy so using their name in a marketing piece alone will get him in trouble much less marketing financial arrangements. The real problem in this story is rogue 1099 sales reps. What a dope.

Rogue 1099 sales reps? Like BC, BJ, and CD were with HDL? Yes, just like them.

So what Boston Heart territory do you manage out of curiosity? No one else would give this hack so called journalist who writes this blog, I repeat blog, a second thought otherwise.

There are a lot of people who are giving this journalist some attention. He's on to something. You seem pretty scared, I repeat scared, of his silly blog. Don't worry about journalists though. Worry about the DOJ taking everything you own.

So, a year ago you turn those reps not going to HDL into an employee with a laughable salary, no benefits, and a promise by BL and RY that everything will be just like when they were with Bluewave. People record phone calls. Somehow this charade is supposed to make us confident that BC is moral, ethical, and compliant now? Magically he changed? And we should be afraid of random 1099 guys? That somehow, even if loosely, these 1099 guys are connected to your CEO? Chris, let me give you an analogy: TM is to BJ and CD like you are to BC/RY/BL. If you want to end up just like TM, keep letting BC do his dirty tricks, keep calling your unsupervised reps "employees", and keep chasing that dollar. The DOJ is smart. Customers of yours are angry and singing.

Obviously you have a personal beef as you have devolved into personal attacks. Keep up the good work.
