I recently heard of some of the higher managers finally getting the boot in some divisions. I was shocked knowing how protected they are. I guess after Performance Plans for all the little people-someone figured out-maybe its their managers! I hope they continue with many of the others at the "Director" level and higher. Great products are stymied by moronic management.
Whoever is driving this program is obviously smart; I wonder how long they will last or if they're high enough to survive the backlash.
Accountability isn't supposed to be just for the reps in field.
