Trash company. Managers stab each other in the back. The male managers in particular do not want what's best for their own peers. Alot of sabotaging going on. Very discouraging to witness stuff like this because if they do that to each other, they will do that to your direct reports. Here’s a tip. If you go on leave watch out for who does the hiring for your district. Because HE is not looking out for your best interests.
