Do you get the feeling that Publicis DMs are the bottom of the barrel? If you ask them a question they have no real answer because they too are on a contract. On field days my DM makes some excuse and takes off after a few calls. Don’t get me wrong I’m not complaining about him not being there the full day, less stress for me. It’s just an example that they don’t care about their job or managing their sales team. I think he might even have a 2nd job. Just curious has this been your experience too or is this how most DMs work these days? Why even bother having a DM when Publicis is paying them to do nada?
 












My DM is miserable. She is looking for a new job everyday. She is looking for a job with "big pharma". She will never get it because she is an idiot which is why she hasn't kept her previous jobs with big pharma! She thinks her job is to be a cheerleader with her 9 inch nails and ring on her thumb finger-trashy. She couldn't find her way out of a wet paperbag!

After reading your rants here and on the Nexium thread it's easy to see why nobody would want to work with you for any amount of time. You appear to be an immature spoiled rotten little twerp with a bad attitude and even worse judgement. Get some sleep, baby, instead of answering your own posts. Thanks for being on cafe all day and night. It figures you are a Nexium pinhead. Looks like you need to get the purple pill shipment load out of your ass. Paranoid much? Not everyone that works for Publics is on the AZ contract. Yes I read the Nexium thread. You guys are really mature and have excellent judgement. It’s so sad you guys have reps with barely a high school diploma doing the same shit at half the cost. Good luck finding a job once your contract is over. Everyone in pharma knows that Nexium reps have no credibility; that crap has been pass on to every rep at AZ.

I really like my DM and I bet he wouldn't mind if I revealed his name, but I won't, and it doesn't matter. We don't know anything about the person who claims to have a bad DM, even whether he works here or not. Maybe OP didn't get the job, so he's mad? Maybe he is a troll? Maybe he is just a bad rep who needs to vent? Or maybe his DM is really bad. We don't know, but the sentiment expressed by OP is not representative of all of us. I feel the opposite of the OP's position. I have the best DM I have ever had in the industry and everyone in my district feels the same way. There is not one dumb rep among us. Anyone who would put any stock in a thread like this, much less extrapolate it to the entire population, is not worth impressing anyway. So, relax. We are not all unable to speak.
 


















My DM is great. She was laid off from “big pharma” and appreciates her job. It shows in the way she manages. I kept in touch with people I met at training unfortunately there are areas with really bad DMs.
