The fact that you waste valuable face to face time loading it should kill it completely. Have you ever caught a doc unexpectedly in the hospital hall way and asked him/her to wait for 5 minutes while you pull the computer out turn it on and load SFX?
Perhaps the survey should just ask the general population at what distance can they even SEE the stupid thing. (It's somewhere around 12 inches because of the small font.)
Next they should sit at a round table with 4 people and ask who can see it. (Only one will be in direct view of it.)
And last but not least they should ask ANY doctor if they would like to see the same screens for years and years. Don't forget, we only have had 3 new screens since its inception.
This cartoon has made a mockery of the sales representative. And to think we are struggling to be of value to the offices.
SFX is so bad that if the survey comes back with anything slightly positive, we know that we have been LIED to again.
