SFDC...Big Brother is Watching. So....

Sounds like someone might be scurred the truth may come out about their potential to actually sell to surgeons. Or about how much they actually work...

upper management always passing blame onto sales. They are desperate to keep track of you so they can’t be blamed for the lack of EVERYTHING they have to offer. Talk about ass kissing paycheck protectors.... From Hanson on down leadership has failed Zimmer. That’s it, plain and simple. Leadership needs a complete overhaul. Bunch of yes people surrounding themselves with more yes people. Not to hard to see the problem here....

Awww, heart emoji, tough sales reps catching feelings? I’ll take my business and go to x, y, z! Management sucks, ZB sucks, blah, blah, blah... Oh that’s right, you’re not going anywhere. All talk no game. You can’t flip if your life depended on it. ZB owns you little boy. Shut your mouth and keep on working.

At what point do companies illegally treat their 1099 as employees?

I’ve been asking that question for years. With distributor contracts that make them “exclusive” reps or zimmer and tying commissions to specific administrative tasks (like when they first tried to implement SF.com around 8 or 10 years ago and tied a couple percent of the distributors’ commission to entering their targets and progress into SF), I think they stepped over that line a long time ago personally.
