Any feedback on why this territory is open? How is the SF manager?

The SF Territory has had four reps in five years. The Region has had
seven reps resigns "district wide" in the past 28 months,
including a few top producing President Club winners.
Hum....you do the math and use your best judgement.
What possiblly could be wrong with Northern CA.
It must surely be a knunundrum wrapped up in an inigma
because Astellas senior leadership sure can't figure it out.
Such a mystery!! -

I echo this same sentiment.....
Interesting that the previous manager was able to maintain and inspire a solid region of high performing reps for over 10 years -- NO TURNOVERS AT ALL!!! That region had award winners all the time, and the manager was top manager numerous times. Fast forward to today.... What could possibly be wrong in Northern CA now???????
If you interview for the SF position and you actually get it (you must be under 35 years) just know you have been warned..... The only way I would accept this position was if I were currently unemployed and out of unemployment and desperate. I would use this position to look for other positions and better circumstances....
