The tax info was attached to the check. It was part of the stub.

It is definitely not Tax Exempt. I was involved in a class action in another industry, and there were some that never reported... Then recd notification from IRS owing Penalties... Make sure your accountant includes it on taxes...

The part of the settlement that covered wages is taxable. The other damages are tax free. Look at the stub and read it.

I thought one amount had been taxed & other was tax free. I was wrong & just found out we owe $6,000 in taxes. Ugh!!

I moved during the year and can't find the pay stub from the check.

In the same boat. All i know is administrator was Rust and their number which i found from goggle is 800 999 7940. I am going to try to get info tomorrow.

Call the claims administrator at 866 208 5285 and ask for duplicate tax forms, will take 2-4 weeks, I called today.
