I have a few questions I am hoping someone has the answer to.
1. If we take the severance and are a class member of the gender discrimination lawsuit, will we still receive the lawsuit settlement money in May 2011?
2. It is my understanding if you participate in the Defined Contribution Pension plan, Novartis will still put the money in our Fidelity account in February?
3. If we take a new job, we can keep the Novartis benefits and then elect our new company's benefits in 2012?
4. Taking a job prior to Feb 7th will not impact our severance?
