we all know severance pkgs are shrinking. eisai will also try to "fire" reps between now and the layoffs to save $.

Agree. They will continue the underhanded and disgraceful tactics that they've been using over the last 10 months. They will terminate you for fabricated policy deviations and will be 100% supported by the clowns in hr. I have no doubt that this will continue so they don't have to pay anyone severance.

Anyone get an FCR from a recent ride-along that looks nothing like one they've ever received before from their DM? Two reasons: creating a paper trail that demonstrates sub-standard performance that "supports" your dismissal and creating and environment that is so uncomfortable that representatives begin looking for other jobs on their own. Reps who have already moved on don't require severance, right?
 






poster 17-----you, sir, are 100% correct! I know very few reps from last layoff that actually "recieved" the package. If they dont fire you, they will tempt you with another shitty territory hundreds of miles away from where you live. These people are all liars-- watch out!
 



If we don't get severed until March 31. Based on how it worked last year after being notified much earlier than that, is it possible to take another job and do the home study while still employed by Eisai? Think anyone would know the difference if your job was going to end anyway?
