Anyone know what a typical severance package is for Abbvie? What happens to any unvested RSU’s?

3 months plus 1 week for every year of service plus 1/2 week for every year after age 40.

Is the 3 months on top of the Warn period of 2 months? (So, 2 months Warn, +3 months, + 1wk/yr?)

WARN doesn’t necessarily apply if its a small lay off. Usually Abbvie will allow the employees to stay on active payroll/insurance for a bit and apply for posted jobs before going into official severence.

there is a maximum time for severence also, last I heard it was 9 months but that could have changed
