Most severance policies are dictated by your position and length of time with the company. Severance policies aren't written into contracts or agreements...unless you're one of the top guns.

Don't expect much. If you're concerned, put yourself out in front of this and take care or yourself.

I think we’ll be ok. Someone posted a change in Severance Policy made by JT that grants 24 months of Salary and Healthcare. We should get something close to that as the company really values and cares about us personally especially in these Uncertain times. I think that’s why it was made.
 






You're dreaming. If anything, this is in regards to C-Suite Executives. No way this company, or any pharma company, pays 700+ sales reps for two years with health benefits.
