Severance package for layoffs

how much do you think the dollar amount was for severance packages for those individuals affected by layoffs today? Also, I"m hearing that those that were laid off have the option of relocating to another territory without having to do interviews and can choose where they want to go.

They were not given another territory transfer option and their severance was 2/3 weeks per year they have been with Kowa. The new positions being created for YR are nowhere near the displaced reps. Their territories were absolved because of low YR market potential.

According to upper management those that were laid off were offered other job opportunities with open vacancies according to my sources or to take a severance package. This was communicated to several districts on a fifteen to twenty minute call yesterday.
