Severance: How many weeks per year of service





12 weeks plus 2 weeks per year of service. One full year of benefits and life insurance at your monthly cost. Very generous severance. We are very lucky that if the bad luck of lay offs hits us personally at least we have a nice buffer.
 




60 day warn (you are in a wave that is widespread, and as long as this is ATS related, they apply the 60 day warn)
+13 weeks
+2 weeks per year
+medical benefits (you pay the deduction)
+prorated stock payout (RSUs)
