Severance Calculation?

Can anyone with GNE share how we would calculate a severance if we elect to take a package? Asking for a friend... thanks!

Normally, it’s dependent on time of service(how long you worked there).

And these guys are Genentech’s finest. SMDH. The know it all crowd has to ask questions on severance. Imagine department full of these types. WOW.

It's usually 2 weeks per year. Max 46 weeks. They might lower it with the next round of layoffs.

Get out while the market is good. Everyone is so delusionally in love of what Genentech use to be. But we are Simply just chasing a ghost of that past. We forgot about tomorrow.
