Serious Question

Not trolling or stirring up things. I hate that stuff on here. But I have a serious question: What's the general sentiment on biosimilars there? I once worked there and I've heard some stuff, but the sales and marketing strategy I've heard sounds so stupid and unrealistic. Do you think it will affect the sales force in terms of layoffs? Will bonus structures change? Is there something in the pipeline that senior sales management is telling you to hold on for? And is it true about the stuff I read here that MH is going to be replaced with former Centocor era RBDS?
A lot of good people still work there so let's hope you don't have to worry about your jobs. The jerks are usually taken care of naturally.

Sadly it isn't the best of times. There are no hiring freezes which us a good sign for those wanting to stay. Cuts have been in the bonus pool and cuts will continue to come from there.
The bottom line is this isn't going to be a fun place to work for a while if ever again. The mood is not good. Leadership is at the Remicade wake and not being very transparent. Time will tell. The biosim world isn't going to help in the Hillary Administration.

Thanks for the serious answer. I know some reps still there that absolutely hate it. One of them told me that the rumor about Pete d. taking over was started by one of his DM lackeys who came up with some story about riding Pete's coattails into a senior management position. I can't imagine that J&J would allow that, especially with the mandate to place more females in leadership positions. Also heard that Pd was bounced into a dead-end lower-power position. Sounds like this DM has "Ryan Lochte" syndrome. But what are you hearing?
