From the outside (people not in pharma industry), it appears Pernix has some pretty solid patented protected drugs that should be producing good revenue (or potential good revenue down the road).
Is this an accurate statement - what are your professional opinions on the products (drugs) that you are selling out in the field. Is it being well received, does it have potential. Or is it just one of many others out in the market place.
If the products (drugs) are indeed very valuable, why can't CEO Sedor (a so called buy out expert) not be able to sell Pernix to a large pharma company that could add these drugs to their portfolio of products to sell ?
Finally, a lot of sales reps seem very disgruntle, many leaving the company (or looking for new opportunities). Outside of the obvious poor financial situation and large debt at the company, why is morale so low. What in your opinion is the real issue and given the chance, how would you correct it.
Again, please no nonsense replies. Lets get this board back to being serious, not just for investors - but more so for the sales reps to voice opinions and facts that effect them and also the investors trying to keep company (and their own investments) afloat. We are in this together. Obviously this is your career and how you feed your family (but some investors also do this as a career to feed their family). So lets professional share good information. Starting with answers to my questions above.
Thank you in advance for your considerations
