God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,

I have finally accepted that my manager is never going to treat me with respect. My manager will always lie to me. My manager will always micromanage. My manager will never care about me or my family. My manager would sacrifice even his best reps in order to be right.

I have found a certain peace in finally accepting that I will never be treated well by my manager. If you are a rep in the same situation, I hope this can help you somehow.

Thank you, I'm really wondering if we have the same manager? You are right though. Just have to accept it.

That's why I'm looking for a new job...because the only way my manager will ever change is if I get a new one.

Thanks for leaving this message. It does help me to know that others feel the same way that I do and I am not alone. I am looking for a new job, but realize it will take time.
