Unbelievable!!!! So apparently Friday's call we are going to be learning about the role of the Senseiis, and how they are above the Niinjas in the org chart. They are going to be responsible for Friday and Saturday calls as well as late night calls during the week. Goal is to get to 100 calls per ECP by June ... or restraining orders... whichever occurs first. Just hope my Senseii is not a total mess like my Niinja and NBU counterparts. They just barge into my offices and offer samples!!!! Do you believe that??? Who do they think they are?

I'm really saddened to see that this company's leadership believes that the old 1990s "share of voice" model is the answer to everything. Thank heavens they're not running the government - they would've put more politicians in Washington by now.

If SOV does not matter, than sales reps will no longer be needed! You better hope it matters!

1). Keep in mind there is such a thing as the "law of diminishing returns"
2). Many offices across the country (in many specialties) closed access permanently because there was just too much rep traffic.
3). If you bring under trained reps into an office a companies reputation can be tarnished.
 






What they should have done is make territories BIGGER and either have two mirror reps or just one. Two week call cycles are WAY TOO SHORT we are in these offices far TOO MUCH.

It sounds like you've been in the industry long enough to actually know what works. Will you please talk some sense into our leadership so we can actually sell some product without looking like desperate assholes???
