I saw some postings for Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist. With experience what is the salary range for the Rheum? I assume Orencia is one product are there any others? How is the stability of this division in recent years?

Don't know exactly.....I would say 150-175 base with bonus (don't know this). ORENCIA is the product (workhorse). This division is being rebuilt after the mistake they made downsizing the division in 2022. If you are truly interested, bring your A game....this division drives the Immunology business.

Run away. Don’t make the mistake. You will regret it. Trust me.

It’s solo territory’s and salary is anywhere from $150K to $175K or so.

What is the general consensus about this division? Is it going to be around for a year and then disappear once again?

There is no division in pharma that can predict that they will be here in 5-10 years. It is one year at a time everywhere. Let’s be real. However, BMS needs the Orencia group to succeed as they support the whole immunology BU. Good authentic group.
