Senior Care?

I currently work in the Diabetes Division but there is a senior care territory open and the geography includes the town I live in. I spoke with a former teammate now in senior care and he tells me it is a sweet place to be. Any other comments?

You definitely need to try sr care. I have been here 5 years after 4 years in Neuroscience. The is a world of difference. Much more freedom to do as you like and the work life balance is far better. I spend about 5 hours calling on customers each day, get admin done in an hour at Starbucks and then have evenings and weekends free. My DM is on board and just wants me to keep my numbers up. I see him maybe twice a year for field rides and we chat on the phone every couple of weeks. Come one over.

I highly recommend senior care. I have been in this division since it was called long term care. No real pressure for the hard sell just educate nurses and staff. You can develop solid relationships. Much less stress in my life than before.

If we actually pull off discovering and developing an AD drug, you would be on the fast track to a wonderful career. But discovery was dismantled a decade ago. Hmmm something is missing in this picture.
